Product: 10/10 - Beautiful, well maintained, superb condition, no weird/unwanted smells. Exactly as described. (I LOVE whatever you used to launder the dress with, it smells so uplifting and floral. I also appreciate you sending me such a clean and lovely dress)
Packaging: 10/10 - The dress was in an up-cycled printer paper box, the dress was wonderfully folded inside it's own resealable bag. Packaging was secure enough to protect the dress in shipment (I appreciate the environmentally friendly factor here, also thank you so much for the lovely note card inside the bag as well!)
Communication: 10/10 - Very clear, efficient and professional (thank you for always keeping me up to date with my order, and for providing a tracking number for me as well.)
Overall Experience: 10/10 - I would highly recommend this seller, and look forward to doing repeat business with them again in the future!
