So I had it in my head that the adjustable aspect was something like a pull sling that I could tighten or loosen at desire... so it's not it didn't meet my understanding of the description but it was still very easy to adjust.
Communication was great very open and quiet to reply to my question.
Will definitely consider buying from again.
