Gemma was very patient with me, an excitable newbie, during the order process. Further, the items arrived promptly. Next, the items are wonderful and I expect to be happy with them for a long time to come. I didn't wind up getting my OTK's because the postal truck they were in caught on fire so they were destroyed. But I'm sure they would have been exactly as described because Gemma is an excellent seller and a pleasure to do business with. She was very kind and patient with me, and she sent them off promptly. Also she was honest with me when she heard about the OTK's being destroyed and refunded me immediately for them. I would absolutely buy from her again. Thank you anyway for being such a pleasure to do business with.

I had no idea how BEAUTIFUL this set was until I got it in person! Seriously gorgeous. She agreed to a payment plan for me, which I was able to pay off faster than originally agreed on, so I got my set sooner than I thought I would! She dispatched it with lightning speed and it arrived just as quickly. Very carefully packed and everything was exactly as described. All communication was timely and friendly. Really sweet seller - I would buy from her again any time! Thank you soooooo much!
