I cannot say enough good things about this buyer. Unfortunately, the shoes got lost in the mail, but the buyer was extremely understanding over the course of 2 months as we tried to find out what happened on each side of the issue. I did my best to keep them updated when I contracted the post office each time, and they tracked down that the issue began because their mail person apparently refused to place the package in their box. Ultimately, I submitted a lost package search request and then ended up refunding the buyer since the insurance time window was almost up.
Overall, this buyer was so patient and communicative and understanding despite the mess the package caused. I’ve never had such an issue with mail before and I’m just glad that it happened when I had a kind and understanding person on the other side of the transaction.
Thank you again! I hope the package still makes its way to you somehow!
