The necklace was damaged which I and the seller didn't realize until it had alreay been shipped out but the seller kindly offered a partial refund since the damage was undisclosed.

I took my time leaving this feedback because I don't like leaving negative comments. In this case, however, I'm sad to say it's deserved. The seller was nice, and I got it fast, but the dress itself was described as being in a "good" condition...and it's damaged: I noticed as soon as I received it the lining was stretched and had small rips and tears – I fixed them as best as I could, but I doubt that will hold long, given how used the lining fabric is. I was very disappointed, but tried to convince myself it wasn't so bad. This morning, however, inspecting every inch of the dress to convince myself I could just leave a neutral feedback, I noticed one of the tiers has a hole! And yes, I missed it before, but it's still a hole, and not even a tiny one: it's the size of a cigarette burn, and either caused by one or torn off somehow – a piece of fabric is just flat-out missing. Now, I'm aware the seller describing the dress as being in a "good" condition could be an honest mistake, but it seems to me they could have checked it more carefully before putting it up for sale: the flaws weren't that hard to find, after all, and the sale post made no mention of any of them whatsoever, only said "condition: good", which is not the case. I'm sorry, but there's no way I can leave even a neutral feedback when the dress has such damage, and I definitely won't be inclined to buy from this seller again. [MODERATOR UPDATE] The seller contacted me after that and we came to an understanding that it had been an honest mistake on her part, and she offered a partial refund if I kept the dress, or a full one if I sent it back. I opted to keep it with a partial refund.
