I took photos of details of the dress and never saw a stain, but after all I believed you. When you notified me of the stains, I offered to pay the dry cleaning bill.
You said NO and asked for money as compensation.
I accepted offering you a little less because I have lost my job due to the pandemic and I have been selling my entire wardrobe since.
I have depression and I'm taking medication but still I never disrespected you and always tried to fix things and answer you asap.
The shipping costs were 10€ in the auction because light clothes cost less to ship, I made that mistake. The shipping costs were 20€, due to the weight of the dress, since it was greater than 500gr, I have the post service's bill that proves it.
In the end I let you choose if you wanted to return the dress, despite the fact that in my terms of sale I don't accept returns. You opened a case through PayPal and in the end you didn't do what they ruled. A whole month with relapses and anxiety for nothing.

Strange situation. Unfortunately, the postal service lost the package, however I have to leave a positive feedback. Charliezard handled this awful situation wonderfully! She always gave me updates, the communication was easy, fast and smooth. She tried her best to solve the problem with the postal service and after it was clear that the package is lost, she refund the money in no time. A very reliable, responsible and trustworthy seller who handles bad situtaions perfectly and who doesn't take it out on the buyer if the postal service fails to deliver.
