Great communication; they let me know when the product was shipped and answered all my questions. Package arrived in excellent condition with product nicely and securely wrapped. Also included a cute note and candies which made my day ^^ Will definitely be buying from them again!

There was a delay in the shipping but the seller was great with communicating it to me. It was packaged in a ziplog bag, 2 cardboard envelopes and a box so it was very well protected. Thanks for getting my dream dress to me safely!
