Great communication at first, then no response after payment. Had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back.

I have been waiting nearly FIVE WEEKS to receive my item. At first I was very understanding as I purchased them during the holiday period and I live out of the USA, and the seller was apologetic about taking some time to ship them. However, she claims to have lost the tracking number for the item. I messaged her once again asking if she at least knew the estimated time of arrival, and have had no reply. I will be taking up a claims issue with paypal asap. Very disappointed and upset. My first truly unpleasant experience on lace market.

I have not received my item after waiting for two weeks from this seller. I contacted her and after she initially apologized, there has been no further contact. I have emailed her twice again telling her that I was going to be forced to make a paypal claim if she did not contact me. I am really that this has happened.
