White short sleeve chiffon blouse

Used a couple of times. One of the detailing on the front looks as if it's a stain (Please refer to photo below next to the name, sorry the camera didn't focus) but I looked closer and noticed that the manufacturer mixed up or used black string when sewing the details. May have mild yellowing of the pits, but I washed the blouse and no longer see them. But maybe you may be able to see them better
