white blouse from little dipper

i think i have worn this blouse exactly one time. i removed the ribbon from the corset lacing in the back when i laundered it but i will include it when it ships.
i bought this because of the cute sleeves! the sheer stripes add a nice detail to outfits. sleeve stops at the elbow.
the straps that go around the neck are removable via button.
