No idea what year these are. I bought these second hand many years ago. I've never worn them, unfortunately they were too small. I see no size marking inside but if I had to guess they are 36/37. They will not fit 23.5/US 7.
Please note the condition of the shoes in the photos. In addition please note the previous owner replaced the soles on the bottom of the shoes to Vibram. It was a decent alteration.
