UK size 4-37 (about a US 6 - 6.5, but please check the conversion online before purchasing)

I can get a quote for elsewhere but it will likely be very expensive due to weight. 

They will be shipped in the original box, wrapped in paper, with packing materials.  I can put that box inside another box, but it may increase shipping costs, and I will charge the difference, if the size exceeds the “small packet” threshold. Please inquire if you prefer this.
