I purchased this second hand and I'm not 100% on the sizing but fairly certain it is the XL version of the JSK. I will include measurements:

Waist: 15"
Bust: 17"
Total length: 39"

There is a LOT of stretch in the back as it is shirred so the bust/waist can accommodate a little bigger. The JSK has the original ribbon pin and can be removed. As it is used there may be minor scuffs on it but overall it is in good condition.
