There's minor damage at the collar from moving the hooks and eyes to match up with the buckles, and some very minor scuffing/pilling on the front from a rough table edge. Otherwise in good condition with no other damage.
This is a very loose-fitting OP that may need a belt for some to fully achieve the lolita silhouette. The placket along the front of the skirt is also very narrow and you may need an underskirt in order to not flash your petticoat.
