This dress was purchased in Japan in the early 2000's the first owner was a friend who purchased it there and was the only owner until me. The band listed is Eva, which I think doesn't exist anymore.

I didn't find any stains, tears, loose threads or anything else while checking the JSK, both inside and outside of the dress.

This dress has a built in petticoat, see pictures.
