Unknown velvet Jane Marple jsk. From the tag however it is quite old, from some point in the 90s. There are a few places in the velvet where it looks worn, there are multiple small marks but nothing worse than what is pictured. It didn't photograph quite right, it's more of a muted blue in real life. Be warned that this dress is very short.
