These shoes have been worn a handful of times, and well loved. They are scuffed, as you can see from the pictures, and there is a foam padded square on the sole for comfort. I am a US size 8.5, and they are too small for my feet. I would recommend these for a US size 8. I believe they would be too small for a US size 7.5, but if you wear thick socks they may fit.
