Tartan skirt

I present to you what I call the "random gray skirt of possible brando origins".....So this skirt came in a mystery box of second hand brand from japan. The other items in the box were all from innocent world so I was assuming this skirt was IW too but I have yet to prove this since I can't find a tag or online info for it. It's fully elastic at the waist with a max stretch of 40 inches (maybe off by a few cm since i'm trying to measure while stretching it) and comes with a detachable bow and belt.
