I bought this off Circly. I didn't realize the size until after I bought it. Sadly, it does not fit me. I measure the waist lying flat and it is 13 inches across so I am estimating that it is probably 24 waist. My friend Michelle tried it on for me (as seen in the picture) and she said it is a size zero or juniors XS. The original owner wore it to prom once. I have never worn it. NO marks, tears or visible stains. I am just trying to get the money back on it that I spent. Please feel free to message me if any questions.
