I bought this off Circcly. The seller didn't know the size. Sadly, it does not fit me. I measure the waist lying flat and it is 13 inches across so I am estimating that it is probably 26 waist. The original owner wore it to prom once. I have never worn it. NO marks, tears or visible stains. I am just trying to get the money back on it that I spent.
