Heel: About 5cm, front heel: about 1cm.
The "palm" is hard, could not bent.
The edge of boots my damage your tights a bit when you walk, because it is not smooth in some place. My size is US 8, I can wear it with thick OTKs, but a bit small on my larger left feet. I used it about 5 times, however, my "walking gesture" is not very good so you can see some part of the shoes are quite damaged but other parts are still like new. Other info pls read seller's terms.
