This lovely, small black hat was purchased from Sweet Mildred's Youmacon 2021 panel. I don't have an exact name for it, if there is one.
The feathers do shed a lot. You can see in this listing and my Georgette OP listing that the fibers on the feathers transfer a lot, so I would be sure to store this somewhere away from items that might pick up white fibers well.
There is a black, thin band underneath the hat for it to loop around your chin or back of head to keep on your head. It may fit tight on someone who has a smaller head.
Please note that I do have cats. While they are not allowed into the closet that holds my Lolita goods, a stray hair or two might end up on the items. I will clean them to send them out to ensure they are in the best condition as possible.
