Gorgeous Print by now defunct brand Sweet Loser.
Waist is 60-110cm, fits me comfortably at 100cm waist with room. HAS A POCKET!!! With enough space for a phone! This skirt is on the longer side, on me (5'4") it reaches below my knees a bit.
Damage: I wore it to out and to work once or twice so it might have some minor smudges on it, but no specific ones I could find. Nothing major.
The ruffle along the bottom has a lot of loose threads at the very bottom of it, it came that way from the previous owner (bought NWT) and they can probably just be trimmed off since they're not connecting anything.

I HAVE 3 CATS and a lizard, so beware if you're highly sensitive to cat fur. I try my best to not have much on any items but in a house like this it's inevitable. It's unlikely that you'll encounter any scales, but possible. I'm pretty sure they're hypoallergenic.
