So, I've never done this before so please be patient with me. I would do a flat rate package/box from the post office. I don't know how much those are right off the top of my head but I can find out tomorrow.

No worries! If a flat rate envelope is all you have access to, I understand, but I bet this would ship super cheaply in a small padded envelope (you can get them from Target or Walmart). You'd almost certainly end up paying more with the flat rate envelope (I think the cheapest is $7.35) than by having them ship it by weight. But again, do what you need to do!
