This is a super cute and soft, lightweight caplet made by DIY crafter Sugar Clay Cafe (aka Sugarmintcastle.com). I bought this a few years ago at a con, but I've never worn it. It's in perfect condition as it's brand new and well taken care of. I marked it as "Like New" instead of New Without Tag bc of how long I've had it. It's one size so please ignore the measurements below. I found a photo on their site of other caplets for reference.
