Strawberry Witch Off-white Blouse

This is a gorgeous and very well made blouse by Strawberry Witch Taobao store. It's got super cute ribbon buttons and is quite long in body/sleeve length compared to most blouses. There are ties in the back for a more tight fit. I have found some very small flaws on the blouse:
*There seems to be some kind of fabric stain left by the manufacturers where you button the blouse. I received the blouse this way. You can't see when you button the blouse.
*There is a small grey dot on the collar that isn't noticeable unless you look closely. I'm not sure if it's a stain or just some fuzz trapped inside of the fabric. Measurements:
Bust: ~100cm
Waist: ~86cm Flat measurements:
Sleeve length: 67cm
shoulder: 38cm
body length: 66cm

Hello! Unfortunately, shipping outside of the USA is extremely expensive.
The cheapest shipping method I found is $22.50, with this rate it will take up to 2-3 weeks for item to arrive. Please note this rate does not include tracking and if you would like tracking, it is an additional $13.95.
