I got this to go over some coords to change up the look a bit, regardless of blouse collar. It is brand new. But it did not fit around my neck. The neck circumference is 36cms. If more measurements are needed just let me know. My hand is for some scale.

the color is a pure white with a lace overlay with slight sparkles in it. The buttons are pearly with gold edges. It does open in front entirely.

There is a brown shadow on both pictures from holding the camera in front of the sun, looking at the pictures, it looks like a stain...so I'm pointing out that this is a pure white. I do have a foster cat, but I only took this out to try it and for pictures and right back in the bag it went.
