I think its not shirred? It may have been a custom order. The waist is more like 74cm, the bust 88cm, and the length 96cm. It has adjustable straps and corset lacing, that may be where the range comes from.
This is great for tall Lolitas! Hits right below the knee on me, and I am 5'7" The detachable bow attaches only by safety pin. I recieved it like this.
The print is also not the clearest or highest quality, its a tiny bit muddled up close, but still very beautiful.
