It was very hard finding info on this brand, but from what I could gather is that AVEC ZELE was a Japanese clothing brand from the 90s-00s, kind of like hysteric glamour, that made a punk/Harajuku inspired line.
it is fully shirred and I'd say the waist is around 68-74cm, 44cm in length (not including the trim). I put my daily 35cm petti under it, and it gives a very nice A line shape. there is also a cool patch on it that says punk fashion lovers.
