I will not do refunds or returns due to instances such as garments not fitting or buyer not reading about listed damages. Due to issues with shipping process because of Covid-19, I will not be taking responsibility for any lost or delayed packages after I ship them. I highly recommend tracking and insurance. Please pay and respond to messages within a week, or I may cancel transaction. I am open to holds and layaways for items over $50 USD. I will hold an item up until a month and a half long. I am willing to do layaways for up to 4 months (depending on item price and amount of payments), however with layaways, payments will not be refunded if you decide to drop the layaway. So please make sure you will be able to make the payments and that you will still want the item 4 months down the road!
