This Sailor collar blouse is so perfect and it goes with absolutely everything 💕 It would look really cute in a more casual coordinate! The collar looks so adorable with JSKs~
it's made of a thin polyester material and is very comfortable! No marked size, but I think it'd fit a size S/M~ only flaw is that the pearl on one of the sleeve buttons fell off ;^;
Has a piece of fabric you can tie around the neck (though I never wore it like that to be honest)
