Bought at Sakuracon 2019. Fits 24"-38" per Ronova but would recommend 26"-32". It does not have the usual ribbon tie so it is purely elastic. Includes the removable "extra" tulle petticoat. Has built in bloomers. Otherwise in good condition; only worn a few times. Beautiful shape, I've worn it as a petticoat and as a skirt.
