Missing brooch, waist ties, and waistbow.
I've had this in my collection for about 11 years, only worn about 3 times. The elastic in the arms is completely stretched out or may have been removed by previous owner.
There is yellowing at the collar, on the armpits, and 2 small areas of discoloration on the lace near the hem, please see photos!
