Super puffy petticoat by NightWhisper Lolita. I believe its a size xl-3xl, I included a photo of the measurements in the photos
This thing is massive, as seen in the listing photos it takes up a large part of my bed (my bed is Full size). I find this good for heavy dresses such as L348 (Charlotta) by Bodyline.
She probably needs a steam but other then that shes in great shape. There might be some fashion tape between the layers, I tried to get it all out but its so huge i may have missed some
I wore this maybe once or twice and it is more A-line but I prefer cupcake shape, so i'm selling it :)
I dont smoke or have pets but I do burn incense
