This was one of my very first brand pieces, but it's just not my style anymore. Has detachable waist ties and two of three detachable bows (is missing one smaller bow, which is lost in my house, and I will send it to you if it turns up!). Shirring elastic is generally strong, although the top row of shirring has slightly relaxed. I don't think that will be an issue unless you're at the very bottom of the bust measurements. Please note that this dress has one minor modification - I have hand-stitched the front placket down on the bodice to prevent buttons from gaping when worn. You can easily remove the stitching if you desire to unbutton the top for some reason.
