They are marked size 42 (china) which on the site is supposed to equate to a US 10 or Japan 27, but my amateur measurement of the inside of the shoe says 25.5 cm. They are definitely too small for me, pinching the toes of my 9.5 US size feet! I'd say they feel like a US 9. They are brand new, they just arrived and I only tried them on for a minute before realizing they were too small. They cost $13.20 from LovelyShoes, and shipping was $15 so I am asking $25 for these. Best shipping option in the US would probably be packed in a flat rate envelope (they didn't come with a box anyway) for $5.60
