This is an older piece by brand "Peace Now". It was sold specifically as an underskirt or a low volume petticoat to be worn under other items. It could be used by itself as a thin white skirt. First photos are shown with it over a white tulle petticoat (not included) with last photos shown by itself. It is made of cotton and has a faint watermark stain on the bottom lace on the back bottom left (photo 7). Fully elastic waistband. Sold "as is"
