This was part of a JSK that I tried to modify myself in very amateur fashion. It is sold as is and I think at a reasonable discount. The bones of this skirt are great and the fabric is lovely. But it does need a belt to cover the amateur stitching.

The waist comfortably goes to 40 inches/102 cm and could be tightened with a belt.
