Very cute old school Milk music note skirt. Not sure when this is from, but it is an older item. There is a tear in the tulle trim on the underskirt; it is not noticeable when worn but I've discounted the skirt accordingly. Waist goes up to about 27".

Yes, there's a button on the side of the skirt as well as a zipper! It's also partially shirred in the back.
