Bought 2nd hand, never worn by me.
Has flower shaped button and is decorated with small white polkadots.
Upon close inspection, I found there are a couple very small black marks on the dress (see pictures). I haven't tried cleaning it.

The measurements are flat measurements, so you need to double them to get an approximation of the size.
