Offbrand Blue Skirt and Capelet
approx 70-86cm waist, probably handmade
I bought this skirt used a little under a half a year ago, while I liked it, it is just too long in the waist for me. I usually ended up pulling it over my bust (which fyi, is around 103cm - it has a great deal of stretch). I certainly think if you had the same problem it would be cute with straps added on but I don't have the skills or the time to do so. There is some loose strings and the lace is a bit worn in some parts. It used to have buttons down the front but after two fell off I removed the rest.
