A cupcake skirt with white lace and black bow details, a pocket, side zip closure, adjustable waistband, and built-in petti. This skirt has room for my biggest pettis, so if you like a large cupcake skirt, this is a good one! I purchased this from Japanese secondhand, I forget which website specifically. Not sure about the origin, it was advertised as child size 150 cm but is a lot larger than some brand items. The waistband is half shirred and the elastic band can be tightened with buttons. There are buttons at the waistband for waist ties, but the waist ties were missing at the time of purchase. I wore this a time or two and but it’s a little too long for my liking, I’m short a prefer my skirts just above the knees and this one hits a couple inches below.
