I received the skirt just yesterday and it's new with a tag. The skirt was said to be blue, but it looks lilac when you see it in person. 
The waist size is 78 - 90 cm. 

The only issue is the zipper which can sometimes be pulled up completely or just under the waist part.

Since I don't want to bring it to the tailor, I would be happy if it finds a new home.
