Elastic waist, can work as either an underskirt or skirt. approx. 66 cm long

Only tired on once briefly. I'm the first owner. Color is true to stock picture. The skirt has a few layers, so it has a very slight poof on it's own and is a bit heavy. It's in perfect condition, but needs to be ironed since it was smooshed in shipping. The skirt is approximately 66cm long. I'm open to offers and please let me know if you'd like any more information.

It depends on what sort of shipping you're comfortable with. I checked with USPS, using a large envelope it can range from $16 (first class international) to $24.75 (priority international). Priority might come with tracking, but the postal service here is a bit odd, so I can't say 100%. If you didn't mind something more expensive, I could also look into other options.

I'd normally ship with a flat-rate box, and I would probably use a small flat-rate box, which is $5.

I apparently have some reading comprehension problems. The small box would be way too small. I'd instead use a medium flat-rate box which is 12.00

I just did a rough measurement. Min ~52 cm. Max 88cm. But to get that 88, I don't know if it would be comfortable.
