NWT. Prettiest corset I own but its just a little too small for me :(

The waist measurement is not fully around the waist, only across. The circumference is about 40cm when fully closed and loosened all the way is about 62cm. I wouldn't recommend loosening it all the way though because then the back will be mostly ribbon, but it still can be loosened a decent bit. It honestly just barely fits me and I'm 64cm but I'd just rather a slightly bigger size since I'm picky about how things fit.
