Xilia Lolita blouse in ivory comes new without tags attached/never worn. Sold by original owner including extra buttons and the original tags (not attached to blouse).

19 inches across the bust
15 inches across the shoulder
16.5 inches across the waist
Sleeve is 10.5 inches to the end.
