Bought second-hand off y!jp. A little faded. I have not worn it, myself. It seems to be in decent condition. Upon my most recent inspection, I noticed a small flaw in the ribbon--I've included a photo of this. 
 It is a small size, fits similar to some smaller AP blouses. 
My amateur measurements: 
Bust: 34"
Waist: 32"
Length (collar to hem, front): 18"
Sleeve cuff: just under 12"

The tag inside says:
Height: 155~165
Bust: 76~84
65%polyester, 35%cotton

Non-smoking home with 2 dogs.
