New, never warn. hand made from elegy

Brand new, with out tags. I bought this dress for 250$ but decided it wasn't for me. It's new, never worn but I did remove the tags. It has an extra lining inside and is made of very nice material. Has 8 detachable bows located on various places around the dress.

Do you happen to know the medium measurements? I have a medium dress from Japan from yeaes ago but I never knew the details on sizing.
