This is a creepy/fun jsk in a beautiful blue/green color from MouMouMou.  I purchased this last year but never got around to wearing it.  Unclear if the previous owner wore it after purchasing it.  There are no visible signs of wear.  This listing is just for the dress, no headwear included.  The bow is looped through belt loops and can be tied in the front or the back, or removed completely.
PLEASE NOTE:  The ribbon for the back shirring is not included
