I purchased this to go with my special set JSK, but it turns out the color is a lot more blue. I wore it with it a few times, but since I'm selling the dress, I'm also selling the headbow. I purchased it 2nd hand but new from the original owner. (I've included a picture of what it looks like with the special set in case the buyer is curious or wants to buy that dress, or get it for their own special set JSK) Notes: I will not do holds or payment plans for this item. Buyers outside the US: If you want your item tracked and insured, you will need to pay for the more expensive shipping option (which is quite pricey). Buyer beware. Once it leaves my hands at the post office, I am not responsible for it. Shipping in the US: $5 first class.
Shipping outside the US: $12-15 first class. I will refund the difference if there is one.

Payment Plans and Holds:
I will accept payment plans with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Items must be paid off within two weeks. I may make exceptions on time needed to pay off large purchases over $300.
I will not do payment plans under $100, but can do a one-week hold. All holds are subject to a 20% non-refundable deposit.
I will not do payment plans or holds for buyers with less than 10 positive feedback, or any buyers with negative feedback within the last two years.
I will ship anywhere. However, I will not ship untracked or uninsured outside of North America (US/Canada). This can be quite costly. Please inquire BEFORE buying/bidding.
