Waist- 76-82cm
Length (Shoulder to Hem): 91cm Bought new from the site for $85, But got it a size too big.. Only tried on for a few minutes twice.
The (decorational) buttons are sewn a little bit loose, so they'll hang down a bit if the fabric is loose. They don't seem to be at risk of falling off, and look normal if the dress is being worn. The fabric is thick and of good quality, plus the skirt is very full and can handle a few petticoats, or also looks good with only slight "poof". I honestly would have preferred to keep this dress if it just fit right. :c No shirring, just zips up the back. **Please note the color is a Deep Navy, that is nearly (but not quite) black.
